Southview is planning on becoming a "Firewise" community and will need volunteers for this project. If you are interested in assisting with this effort, please contact one of the board members to volunteer. Quarterly Newsletter! Your Community Needs You!
One or two volunteers are needed to raise and lower the Flag at the main entrance. Please contact Jim Nuber for more details and if you are willing to assist - jnubes@cableone.net
Attention Walkers - when you are out and about in the community, please report any problems you see in the community, especially water leaks or irrigation problems. It will help us save money as well as conserve a precious high desert resource. Call or email your association manager at 928-776-4479 x 24 or Ruta@hoamco.com. We greatly appreciate your assistance!

Are your smoke alarms working? Make sure to check when it was installed (year) as their longevity is approximately 10 years and change your batteries every 6 months.
